Service is incredible. You guys always answer when we call. The hospital never closes, which means a lot to us. It keeps patient care rolling. You guys have even overnighted probes for us, which was a great help for us to keep patient flow going.
There’s also this dedication to customer success. We have had NeuraSignal come out multiple times to our institution – help with training, help with onboarding, guidance in between studies… If we’re having IT issues, they are either on the phone, they are there in person helping us manage this. And this really makes it possible for us to use different departments in our hospital to make sure we’re getting as many tests done as possible.
