Robotic TCD has really allowed for the democratization and increased utility of TCD. These are our two cath lab staff members. One is a nurse and one is a cardiovascular technician. Both have no training in ultrasonography. They both had a 1-2-hour training session done by the folks at Neurosignal and they have essentially been able to do these studies independently.
Post‑sales support has been consistently outstanding. Service requests are handled promptly, often with same‑day action, and a single call reliably initiates rapid response.
